There's no TinTin museum in Belgium - at least not yet.
The Brussels Comic Strip Museum (http://www.trabel.com/brussel/brussels-museums-comicstrip.htm) is dedicated to comic strips in general. Of course, since TinTin is one of the most famous belgian comics, he has his place in the museum. By the way, the museum is situated in a very beautiful ancient warehouse built by the famous arcchitect Horta. So even if one doesn't like comics, it's worth visiting.
Just a few days ago, the construction of a Hergé-museum started in Louvain-La-Neuve (http://www.lecho.be/actualite/par_ailleurs/article.asp?Id=2933532). Again, this is not a TinTin-museum, but Hergé was the author of the TinTin comics, so TinTin will without any doubt take an important place in this museum ... that should open in 2009.

It won't be under Tin Tin Museum but it's called Hervé Museum it's not opened yet but in 2009 in Louvain La Neuve 30 km from Brussels.
If you like to find info of Tin Tin also dial in " Kuifje" the Flemish name for the personage.

I was in Brussels a few months ago and there was a Tin Tin exhibit going on at Grand Plaza. It might still be there!
There is a great Tin Tin shop in Brussels, just behind the Plaza.
