If you have a look at the kkk website, it'll tell you they preach a message of "love, not hate"..........for white, christian America.
Surely this is offensive to most American christians, as it should be.
The klan clearly presents itself as a christian organisation and proudly boasts the support of the supreme court in this claim.
How many christians feel comfortable if someone associates them with the actions and beliefs of the kkk because of their christianity?
Do you really think the overwhelming majority of muslims like being associated with the actions of al-qaeda?

NH-Baritone.........Many networks were caught out having played file footage. We have a program in Australia called media watch that exposed this>
I know of no genuine footage of crowds celebrating 9/11

Lori K..........that footage is hardly showing crowds of people, more a small handful that seem to be excited about the cameras. The same shots appear in each clip. I hardly think it's an accurate portrayal of palestinian feelings toward 9/11.
I'm sure crews went out looking for people celebrating, they certainly didn't find many.

Of course the KKK is offensive to Christians. It is so offensive that, quite frankly, the KKK is pretty much done for as an organization. A few years ago, I remember that that KKK organization in Virginia was raided and the ENTIRE organization for an ENTIRE county was arrested for harrassment (they had put flyers on cars in a major area). The "records" were confiscated. It turns out that the entire membership consisted of one old man and his 2 adult sons who all lived together in a trailer park. THAT is today's KKK. That is NOT today's Al-Qaeda.
Christians will admit that the idiotic members of the KKK try to use Christianity as a front. Christians refuse to give them any credence or to make excuses for them.
Muslims refuse to admit that Al-Qaeda is trying to use Islam. Instead they will make excuses and even try to blame Al-Qaeda on the Jews. They NEVER acknowledge that this is going on in their religion. They close their eyes like little children and put their fingers in their ears and cry "uh uh....it's someone else....liar!"'
That's the difference and that is what is allowing Al-Qaeda to flourish while the KKK has been dying out for a century.
*****
Now you DO know that there is legitimate footage. There's plenty more...just google it.

KKK and Al queda are an embarrassment to the world. They lie about their cause in the name of God.
Love God with everything you have and love your neighbor (all neighbors around the world and every color) as yourself. That doesn't sound like the KKK does it? Jesus said those 2 commandments where what the whole bible hinges on.
I, as a Christian, do not consider KKK to be a Christian group. They can say it all they want, however, everything they stand for is against the teachings of Jesus. They don't personally embarrass me. They P*SS me off.
I feel sorry for all the good and loyal Muslims that have to deal with stereotyping due to Al Quada. They have given all Muslims a bad name. They have tarnished the meaning of their religion by twisting their holy book into what they want it to mean because they are haters of anyone who is not Muslim and want an excuse to commit murder in the name of God. It is a sad sad state of affairs.

While it seems that it's probable many Muslims are against al Qaeda, when the media broadcast people dancing in the streets in the West Bank following 9-11, it did not help Americans begin to see the Muslims as condemning of the terrorist attacks. It seems that it is part of Muslim culture also to respond to criticism of a philosophy with an attack on the questioner's philosophy, rather than a direct answer. Therefore in that crucial moment we never got to hear the Muslims truly reject al Qaeda. Now when al Qaeda is fighting other Muslims more than it is fighting Americans, the rejection is a bit more apparent in the media.
No culture is monolithic. So whenever the media portrays it as such, distrust the portrayal.

I'm not embarrassed by the KKK even though i am a white christian american that doesn't support what they're doing. Why should I be embarrassed for something someone ELSE did. Nope I'm still not them, or responsible for them.

My mother not to long ago told me about my Dad coming home all bruised and hurt from the war a couple of times shortly after they married. It didn't sound right... My Dad served in the Korean War. Then she said to me, so naive.
You know the one down South in Miss. and Ala.,....... I was shocked. She didn't even know what he was all about. She was a back woods country girl. In1968 my Dad's whole life turned around when some men invited him to a revival. He is now a pastor, and very strong man of God.
He to considered himself to be a Christian and with the KKK before he came to the real knowledge of what a true Christian believer really is.<><

I know a lot of u might disagree with me but I have started thinking that Al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden are rather fake. I mean, u r talking about USA and UK and their technologies and they cannot track an orgainsation in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Everyone knows that these countries do not have the best techonologeis so how come Al-Qaeda has been hidden so long from FBI and CIA and so on.........??
rather unbelievable.

Alqida isn't offensive to Muslims. The Muslim of the peaceful side of Islam claim peace peace, unless they are oppressed (like someone draws Mohammad with a bomb in his turban, or someone writes a book saying Islam is violent, or someone puts the Koran at the bottom of a stack of books, or someone brings the West into their environment (like bikinis, etc.) etc...).
See, Muslims consider terrorist groups their warriors (jihadists) secretly. That they will gain freedom from oppression by these terrorist warriros. That is why they will vote them into power. If they aren't two Muslim terrorist groups fighting each other. But then that is what Palestined did. Voted the more violent terrorist group into power. Thinking their violence would free them from oppression. Now, they realize they are the oppressor. So, I think they have to have learned a huge lesson.
So, Muslims for the most part arn't embarrassed, but intimidated to conform to their demands. Some Muslims make a stand, saying Islam means peace, not suicide bombings, but then they sometimes get excommunicated & face the death sentence or the terrorist kill them in a death squad.
Islamic terrorists are bad. You might even call them 'A badd on'e.
Not to forget, Christians who are born of God know (easily discern) that evil leaders who claim to be Christians & kill innocent others in self righteous accusations aren't a Christian at all. Any hate or unlawful group like KKK are antichrist, trying to get away with hate crimes by claiming to be christians. They are hypocrites. Jesus warned hypocrites of hell fire. Jesus said that people will say they did this and that before him on judgment day, and Jesus will tell them, "I never new you...you who practice lawlessness.". See Jesus never new them, they were never born of God. They practiced lawlessnes that destroyed Gods creation & persecuted the true Church.

Muslims simply fear Al Qaeda more than anything. The KKK wouldn't conduct attacks on "their own kind". Al Qaeda DOES attack their own kind to create divisiveness and fear so that none of them will follow the "Great Satan" (the USA and Israel).
