Has anybody ever died from taking Propranolol?

I have done research on it, and I am just curious if naybody has ever died from it. Does it mix with Caffiene if anybody know's? I will also ask a Doctor, but, just a quick reference first.

You can definitely die from an overdose of propanolol. It slows the heart, and overdoses will stop the heart:

Caffeine phsyiologically antagonises propanolol. It is a PDE (phosphodiestrase) inhibitor, meaning cAMP is not broken down, which means an increased heart rate. (I can go into details if you really want). So, taking caffeine and propanolol will have reverese effects.

I used to take Propranolol.. I don't think anyone's died from it, my doctor said it's quite safe.. It's dangerous if you have a condition like asthma though because it narrows the airways.. It's also not good to take if you have a slow heartbeat or pulse but your doctor will check all those things first. It also doesn't go well with caffiene, on the box thing it says limit your caffiene intake.. I think caffiene raises your blood pressure & the Propranolol lowers it so you end up feeling light headed and dizzy xxx

You can die from drinking too much water (of course, that's a lot of water).
