No it does not. Maybe your cats just want some attention, my cats do that all the time. Or they want more of the food.

Don't believe the commericals, she may be a talkative cat or still hungry. When she starts singing the commercial, then you can worry.

No, but it sure makes them crap more!
It runs right through them. Not much of it gets absorbed into their system and winds up in the litter box.
