As with any wedding, you should follow the bridal registry (much as I hate them, they have their uses). If this is the bride's third wedding, she should still have the housewares, etc, from the first two, so don't worry about that stuff.
If the person for whom this is a thrid wedding is a friend of yours, and you have attended his or her previous ceremonies, then you should not spend a fortune this time around, as you have in the past. From the couple's point of view, a third wedding should be a very small affair with a short guest list, so don't feel obliged to go crazy.

I can't imagine that a gift would be expected for a 3rd wedding. What could they possibly still need, other than a stable relationship? If they are very close, then perhaps a bottle of good champagne.

Consider the couple and your relationship with them in order to choose the perfect gift -- for any event including a third wedding!
Great ideas are keepsakes and engraved items since this couple probably already has all of the standard wedding gift items.

Something not too expensive, like a gift card to a semi-nice or nice restaurant so they can have a night out together. Or a donation to a charity in their name. I wouldn't spend as much money as you would on a first wedding, but you should gauge how much you'd like to spend based on how well you know the couple.
