The fattest land animal would be....huh?!
What do you mean...?
Huh?!
OH!!!
*eherm* Kirby just pointed out to me that your question was "FASTEST" land animal...
The answer is the two-toed Sloth.
It just looks like it's not doing anything and it only looks like it moves an inch every other minute or so... But the truth is... it's extremely fast! That short movement that you saw was when it moved faster than light and scrambled around its cage... then suddenly teleports back to it's starting position... with a few centimeters discrepancy.

Okay, okay... I was just f*cking around.
It IS the chicken.

Okay, I'm STILL f*cking around.
The answer's the cheetah.

The cheetah is the fastest land animal on Earth. Is a unique and the most specialized member of the cat family. Although its fastest speed is unknown, it can reach speeds of more than 105 kilometers per hour (70 mph) in short bursts up to 460 metres (500 yards), and has the ability to accelerate from 0 to 110 kilometers per hour (70 mph) in three seconds, faster than most supercars.

Unlike other cats, the cheetah has a leaner body, longer legs, and has been referred to as the greyhound of the cats. It is not an aggressive animal, using flight versus fight. With its weak jaws and small teeth, the Cheetah is a poor climber that hunts by speed and stealth.

Cheetah,This cat is truly built for speed! Virtually every part of its body is adapted in some way to help it run faster. Special paw pads and semi-retractable claws provide great traction. Large nostrils and lungs provide quick air intake; a large liver, heart and adrenals also facilitate a rapid physical response.
