I know there is one in the fuel pump in the tank, but is there another one elsewhere?

No, there are two on the pump in the tank, one on the top, one on the bottom. These are normally only changed if a repair procedure indicates the necessity of the change.

there's actually two in the tank one on bottom,and one on top,and these usually aren't replaced unless the pump needs serviced or the vehicle needs serviced then the pull it out and replace it,not one of dodge,s better ideas on this one,they call it a life time filter,good luck with it.

Check along the length of you fuel line from tank to fuel injectors.
