Calories come from sugars, starches, and fats mostly.

The avocado is a very oily fruit, mostly healthy oils. I don't know of any other that is oily/fatty.

If the fruit is less watery, yet still heavy, it may may be more "calorie dense". But don't forget it can have a lot of fiber, which is indigestible, and so not much calories.

Coconut has a heavy oil, perhaps papayas also a lot of calories. Bananas a lot of starch and sugars.

bananas and mangos, they still not very hgh in fats or calories, but the highest of fruits
