Jesus Christ-prayed to the Father for our Holiness:
*"I do not ask that You will take them out of the world, but that You will keep and protect them from the evil one. They are not of the world (worldly, belonging to the world), [just] as I am not of the world. In Eph. 4:20-24: Paul urges us to put off our old self and to put on the new self. To put off the old self is to deal with sin patterns in our lives. To put on the new self is to develop Christ-like character traits such as compassion, loving-kindness, humility, forgiveness, discipline, wisdom, peace, joy,
patience, self-control {and all the other fruits of the HOLY Spirit as well).
The SOURCE of all this material was taken from the Book: "The Pursuit of Holiness"
by: Jerry Bridges - so please do not give any kind of credit to me for this answer.
Sanctification to Holiness is a life-long process. *Please also read 1 Thess. 5:23
The Pursuit of Holiness deals largely with putting off the old self - dealing with the sin in our lives.
I encourage anyone who has been touched and urged by the Holy Spirit to pursue Holiness - to read this book AND the sequel
to this book, which is called: "The Practice of Godliness."
These two books will help the Body of Christ to grow in our relationship with our LORD Jesus Christ immensely. Also encourage you to read "Is GOD really in Control ?" by: Jerry Bridges also.
This Bible-Based book teaches us to How To totally trust GOD's Wisdom, Love, and Sovereignty in the midst of life's disappointments, sufferings, and tragedies.
GOD will strength us, encourage us, and comfort us, giving us Hope, and Hope does not disappoint us because the Love of God has been poured in our Hearts by The Holy Spirit{the Spirit of Truth-the Comforter) who has been given to us!
Thank You for Patiently bearing with me, as you read this information typed up from the book.
*"May the Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Love of God the Father, and the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all ! " 2 Corinthians 13:14

We are all called to be holy and righteous when we truly except Jesus Christ as our savior. We are to follow and do and be as he is. The bible is full of examples and is our road map to how we are suppose to live our lives. This is why it is so important to meditate upon his word and him daily and store it in our hearts. My convictions are not your convictions. We are all uniquely made by God for his glory. His word is meant for everyone individually. The holy spirit guides us individually through his word, because the word is so pure and full of truth we have to have the spirit to lead us and guide us in the righteous path. Our flesh does not totally understand this way. We all need a teacher and who better to have as a teacher to become holy and righteous? The holy spirit himself.

Amen to that. Though this is not limited to Christians, this is God's command to all people. Remember in the scriptures that Jesus himself stated that he was not sent here to earth for the believers or self proclaimed believers and holy men that followed the teachings of Moses. He was here to preach to the non believers, Matthew 9:12-13 "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. But go and learn what this means; 'I desire mercy, not sacrafice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but the sinners." I agree totally with you about self examination it is vital to our spiritual well being. I would just like to add that we cannot on our own be holy and righteous, as stated in 1John 1:8-10 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and purify us from ALL unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives. If anyone reading this is still struggling with what this Question is stating (which I again agree with It is based on actual scripture) then read Romans 7:7-25 here St Paul preaches about struggling with sin, then continue through chapter 8, where St Paul speaks about Life Through the Spirit. It is my personal opinion that this will help with any struggle of our continuing sinful ways, acknowledging the fact that we need Jesus in our lives to help us overcome our sinful nature because none of us are strong enough to overcome the sins of the world. I know there is no magic prayer that will save you because prayer is not magic. Prayer is thanksgiving and praise to God for all we have, it is confession to God through the Lord Jesus Christ that we need him in our lives because we are all sinners and no one is worthy of his forgiveness except through Jesus Christ. By the shedding of his blood on the cross he paid in full the debt of our sins we have been made holy and righteous in God's eyes through his sacrafice. If you have not yet truly accepted him right now open up your hearts and pray. Ask Jesus right now to come into your heart and take control of your life and he will. This my brothers and sisters is not magic it is God's grace given spread out for the whole world to partake in and it is freely given because he loves us. I encourage you to take part in this self examination as listed above and read the word of God daily. You will see dramatic changes in your life, not the way you may hope but the way God directs you, don't be impatient listen and he will lead.
God's peace be with you all

1 John 2:1-2
1My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
2And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

i dont know.
But i do know that god is what we should worship with all our heart.
What i dont believe is that Jesus is his son because then God will have a wife and mother.
some real bad people made up christianity so that everyone will go to hell after death and the satan is doing the same but he's doing it all day, every day.
please try to take the correct path.
Inshallah, you will.
Jesus is god's helper, not son.
on the day of judgment jesus will say, " O, people all, I am a MUSLIM" then everyone will take that path,
you'll see
pretty soon.

Yes.
For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. -Ephesians 1:4
Actually there is a magic prayer that will save you, a prayer of faith in Jesus.
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. -Romans 10:9
Everything else u said was true.

Yes, we are called to live Holy, righteous lives, just as Jesus Christ did Himself. If we arent doing that, we arent Christian, we are just claiming th TITLE. and you know what, when we stay in Jesus, living like Him, speaking like Him, and in full obedience to the full WORD of God, it leads to even more blessing. As obedience leads to blessing and God says that disobedience leads to curse. Still true today folks. you want to be truly blessed/???? Live only for Jesus, live like Jesus, talk like Jesus, speak like Jesus and live only for Him as you tell the whole world about Him. Do it without fear or compormise jsut as JEsus Himself did. He is our perfect example. Devil tells us we cant do it. ' But we can do it. If we stay in Jesus Christ, oh yes. power and victory in Jesus. amen
