i need a long casting reel for where i fish

I use a Shimano Baitrunner or a Shimano Sedonna reel, yet casting is more about the fishing pole and technique rather than the reel. As far as fishing poles, St. Croix and Lamiglas are best for distance. As far as technique, check out the video.

Rods have a great deal ta' do with distance ie., rod action and length. Also the pound test line you'd be usin' will effect distance along with how much weight you'd be throwin'. As for a spin-cast reel (don't use them) Zebco has been around for quite some time and are known for them. Added their link, however it does not cover prices but you'll have the model # of the one that you may like;). Then ya' can do some searchin' on the Internet for the best price. Also might want to check out your big out-let stores, say Walmart for one and save on that dreaded S&H....
