With Gordon Brown known to be less enthusiastic about the war than Blair he needed something to get him hooked on the terror lies and to strenghten his relationship with Bush. The timing of this is questionable and the fact that the cars crashed into rubbish bin before the guy gets out and runs is also highly suspicious. That could only have been done to attract attention to the cars. How does someone drive a car across normally but only when parking it does he drive erradically and manage to crash into these bins? The whole thing stinks of set up. Now all they need to do is grab a few muslims who once went to a mosque and or spoke to someone that mentioned Iraq or Afgahnastan and then pin some false charges on them.

Would it of been any funnier for you had the bombs actually gone off and killed people? When you live in a society like ours in the UK, you believe in remote bombs sitting in parked cars because our country has a history of terrorism attatched to it, its not nice but thats how it is. So when the police say there was a car filled with enough petrol and nails to take out a good mass of people then you believe it, funny isnt the word Id use.
Was it funny for us not to have believed in the underground bombings, or the bombs the IRA would plant in crowded shopping centres on a Saturday afternoon to create a smuch havoc and death of innocent people?
You my friend are a dimwitted buffoon who has either posted this question cause you know its going to spark a deluge of people calling you an idiot or you are seriously thick as two short planks.

Certainly glad that the situation ended as it did but I'm sure we'll learn more about this plot as time goes by. Seems rather primitive considering the delivery systems they were using for the "PRO/PET bomb.
