Raspberry Vinaigrette with Blue cheese crumbles.
The sweetness of the raspberries are a nice contrast to the sharpness of the blue cheese.

I like to make my own.
I pour virgin olive oil over the salad.
Then squeeze lemon or lime juice over the top
Add cracked pepper and sea salt
then add finely chopped mixed herbs (basil, rosemary and oregano are the best) or you can use dried mixed herbs
Toss it all together and it is really good!

I used to love French, but for some reason I cannot find it in restaurants anymore. I can get it at home, but when I eat out I cannot get it anymore. Anyone know why???? So I settle for raspberry vinaigrette. It's so strange it's delicious.
