2 spots, one on my chest there is a small lump, in the middle at the bottom of the rib cage, and a small sphere on my testical, the sphere isnt directly on my testical, its attacked by a tiny tube like thing.

Yeah, go see a doctor. It doesn't sound like cancer explicitly [the second one not really at all,] but a Dr. would know better than I. Best of luck!

The best answer is to see a specialty doctor who will provide you with an examination. People here can't really give you any determined answer about whether it's cancer or not.
Another suggestion is to visit "www.smile.org.au" to learn some basic knowledge of cancers. You can find the symptoms, preventions, effects, diets as well as a range of therapies about cancers.

a growth does not mean it is a malignant or aggresive cancer, but you should get it checked by a doctor.
