Your life is what you make of it, dont waste it untill you know what you really want to do.
You are only 13, you have plenty of time to be involved if you want.
Get an education, some experience behind you and you will be surprised how much more you can help people that way.
Life experiance does help.
Look at the end of the day it is your life and NO ONE can or should tell you what to do with it.
Think long and hard about it darling.
God bless your choice and your future and may your god go with you.

If God is calling you ,WAIT,he will use you maybe now or later but do not be put off by what others tell you about age or anything,he may use you now and again and stop for awhile
and if you are faithful in many years time .GOD will make it plain as he is a good leader,be sure to act on what he gives you,as he will test you often ,but never to do any thing wrong
love in the Lord..I say this as some times to do his will what he asks you to do may seem daft ,and you feel to say or do would make you look foolish Trust,,

If you have the spiritual gift of healing then use it, your focus should be doing Gods work regardless of what anybody else says. When you feel compelled to work for God, you will be manipulated to go in other directions. This is spiritual warfare, pray for the people who are putting you down, bless them, and do what God has called you to do. To the person that says God hasn't heal anybody yet, I have been delivered from a brain tumor and epilepsy and would be glad to send you my medical records along with eeg's and mri's to prove it. There is no medical explanation for my healing so maybe you have a better theory???

First, you can start by reading your bible, cover to cover. Studying each book as you read it. Second, you can go online and find a website where you can take a test to find out what your spiritual gifts are then learn how to develop them. Third you can start every day with prayer ask God to give you a clean heart and to forgive you of your sins then pray. If you have never been saved ask Jesus to come into your heart and life and to fill you with the holy spirit. (Keep a prayer journal) if you know someone with a need or that is sick write it down, when the prayer is awnsered, write down a praise report, and always thank God when he awnsers the prayer even if it isn't the way you expected it to be awnsered. Fourth, If you get a job begin tithing 10 % of your money to the church. Start preparing yourself for the ministry. Look at seminaries online see what education that you are going to need. You have to go to college first then to seminary. Some seminaries combine the two requirements for education. Then while you are in high school take the courses that you will need to get you into a good college. Pay attention to your grades! Get involved in a good youth group at church. Be an example of what a good christian is suppose to be. Honor your Mother and Father and no backtalking, cussing or doing bad stuff. Ask yourself what would Jesus do in this situation. Love others the way Christ loves you. If they ask you about Christ be ready to tell them about him. Know the salvation message. You are not to young to lead someone else to Christ. God can use you now and in the future if you are ready to be used by him. Hope this helps. :) If you are interested in preaching, start by writing a sermon and then try and preaching it to a friend to see how well you can do. It is not as easy as you think it is to stand in front of that many people and preach a sermon. When you write a sermon let your friend or friends tell you what they think. Write the sermon so that you can relate to the audience that you are preaching for. For example this sunday I am preaching to people in the military. My sermon is directed to things they would be interested in. I have more but I am running out of space here. If you have a true calling it will show itself and the doors will open to you. God Bless You

Now is the time God will train you if u will allow him to. When it's God timing u will know and doors will open for you and u will know when and where u are to do whatever he has called u to do. Wait for God's timing his is perfect. In the meantime you are also called to shine for Christ wherever u are whether it be school or with your friends or even in the grocery store. All good christian leaders have to go through a period of training and this is where u are now. DOn't be discouraged just wait on God His timing is perfect.

Definitely do your schoolwork and prepare yourself for your adult life. But also, do this thing that you feel you are skilled at but do it for people your own age and for the helpless. While you are learning to work with people, they are being exposed to someone who obviously loves them and has some skill in an area that they need help in. Try going to senior citizen care facilities and just hold an old persons hand and pray for them. They love that stuff. Go to a children's ward and hand out books...show Jesus' love by caring for them. You can do it! God Bless You on your journey. I wish my 14 yr old daughter was as focused as you seem to be. She loves the Lord but doesn't have a clue what she wants to do later on. God will show her in her own time I guess.

I am so thankful that you have a desire to follow Christ and serve Him by serving others. This gives me hope for the future of the Church. I am sorry that some people have discouraged you because of your age. The Apostle Paul told young Timothy, "Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity" (1st Timothy 4:12). The Prophet Jeremiah was only a teen when God called him. Jeremiah tried to get out of his calling by saying that he was too young for God to use him. God responded by telling Jeremiah "Don’t say, ‘I’m too young,’ for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you. And don’t be afraid of the people, for I will be with you and will protect you" (Jeremiah 1:7). Rachel Scott was just 17 when she was killed for her faith in Jesus Christ. Her testimony of martyrdom inspired countless people. Even before her death though, Rachel Scott served the Lord and witnessed for Jesus to thousands. You can too!
I went through discouragement as a Christian teen. I knew what God had called me to do. Many adults in the church tried to convince me I was called to some other area of ministry.
As for praying for the sick, start with members of your church. Does your church have a "prayer chain" that those who are sick are added to, and then the people on the prayer chain are called and told to pray for that person. Tell the church to make you a member of the prayer chain. If your church doesn't have a prayer chain, tell one of the leaders that you want to start one. Every church should know when one of its members is sick or has a special need.
When you hear of a member that is sick in the hospital or is confined to their home, go visit them and pray for them in person. It will warm their heart and lift their spirit.
I'm thankful you have given your life to Jesus—and I'm thankful also for the burden you have for those who don't know Him. Ask God to guide you as you make decisions about your future, and if it's His will for you to be a pastor or evangelist, or to serve Him in some other way, He will make it clear. As you consider this, ask others to help you evaluate your spiritual gifts.
At the same time, not everyone is called to be a preacher—and you can serve Christ no matter what or where He calls you. Jesus' words apply to every Christian: "You are the light of the world. ... Let your light shine before men" (Matthew 5:14, 16).
My contact info is on my profile. I would love to hear from you directly.

I Timothy 4:12-16 says, "Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity..."
I admire you for speaking out for Christ and being willing to serve Him. Start with the prayer chain. If your church does not have one, start a list and pray for them. Be a prayer warrior, whether in private or public.
Study the Word and become knowledgeable so that when asked about the Bible you can tell them good answers.
God Bless You in your service to Him!!!

Hey, to me andin relation to faith, age is a just number. God can do loads with youth, I have heard stories of 4 year olds speaking in tongues! I am 17 and I lead a youth congregation, lead small groups and help lead a youth group for 7-10 year olds. God has called me to do these things, my age is irrelevant, if I can serve God and His kingdom, then I will.
If you really feel that you are having a calling, pray about it and talk to people who may be able to provide with opportunities to share your gift.
Demand respect from your church and that you want to get involved! Seeing yoing people wanting to get involved in ministry is so inspiring, especially because of the society we live in.
I would go for it, after all, age is just a number, you sound mature and seem to know that God is calling you. Why is your situation different from someone in their 20's, just because you are a teen?
God Bless

You are at a great age! You're young, in good health and have a mind that is still capable of leaning lots of new things. So you should actively seek out the truth and open your heart and mind to God. Be patient and God will reward you with all that which is good in this world and all that which is good in the hereafter. I would suggest studying the three major religions... as even if you don't believe you will be able to understand. And that will help you to unite the people, and create a sense of peace and justice between the faiths. Always aspire for great things!!!
