Eggs do have some cholesterol. But limit your intake to a couple a week and you have no problem. Its what you cook it in and eat with it that is the problem. A hard or soft boiled egg is fine. Or cook it in the microwae that should e fine. But to many people cook it in bacon grease and thats bad. They have bacon or sausage with it. Also hash browns are fine too. But those are ususlly fried in bacon gease too. So be careful and everything will be fine.

The yolk (yellow color) is high in cholesterol but not the egg-white. If someone is very cautious about cholesterol or is over-weight or is older in age or already has high cholesterol, then it is better to avoid the yolk portion. Otherwise, taking an egg occassionally is OK. Even otherwise the egg-white is good for the body. Wish you a healthy life!

egg yolks yes whites no. There is cholesterol in Lots of foods particuarily greasy stuff.
