thats is alot in 3 weeks! I can lose about 7 in 3 weeks, but i'm not sure about 15!
Here's what I do:
-I only eat my meals, I don't pig out inbetween on crackers or other snacks, apart from fruit if I am really that hungry.
-I only drink 1 200-250 ml glass of orange juice in the morning (that way you aren't drinking to much sugar, but you still get your 1 of 5 a day!)
-I cut down on my portions, but make sure I am still eating what I should to stay strong.
-No fizzy drinks, just water if you can. Or squash if you feel like some flavor!
Good luck, and remember : exercise is the best way to lose weight! So do that aswell. Treat yourself to some chocolate before you go out, it is great for energy, and you will probably burn it off anyway!

15 or 10 pounds is too much to lose.. if ur 15 then ur weight is 123, ull weigh about 108lbs if ever.. that will be too thin.. and besides, if you said it's just tight, u only need about 5-10 pounds to lose to make you look great wearing the dress.
i suggest you go drink 8 glasses of water daily, eat three meals a day. avoid junk food especially pizza, pasta, fast foods, chips and sweets, eat alot of greens. and make sure ur bowel movement is every day. that way, u will lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks. oh.. and instead of drinking soda, drink fresh juice or water. along with that, exercise every morning. jog around town or village or in a tredmill. or.. instead,, take 10,000 steps of walk everyday.

dont try it. 15 lbs is 12% of your body weight. it's hard enough to lose a few pounds, much less 12% of your body weight in 3 weeks. you're only 15 and are still going through puberty. think long term. exercise, walk more, change some eating habits, encourage your friends to do it with you, and as your body grows, and if you put your mind to it, im sure you'll see results in a much healthier way and keep longer-term results than compared to something like crash dieting.

You gotta lose around 2,500-3,500 Calories per day for that fast weight loss.

hey well im almost 14 and i lost 20 pounds in 1 week well i dance[[do the dancing way more]] & run and eat very little and very little calories or sometimes eat what you might want. [[just 1 but dont let it have too many calories]] i hope this might help
