There are plenty of places. One of the best sources is flax seeds and flax oil. You can get flax oil as a supplement. Also try walnuts.
Can you take salmon oil? Some of the higher end suppements are exclusively made from salmon oil. You can look for that specifically on supplement packages.

I used to buy eggs from a supermarket that had omega 3.They were a little more expensive than the other eggs but tasted great.Inside the lid was a label explaining all about omega 3. I'm not sure that all eggs contain omega 3 or just certain types.

Yes, you will not be able to take omega 3. I did read in a health mag not long ago that there is avegetarian capsule that you could take that has the same benefits. Cannot remember the name though. Go to your local health food store or chemist and ask. Someone should be able to point you in the right direction.
Good luck in finding what you need.

I get all my health products from Healthspan - good prices free (in UK) delivery over 15 pounds. I also know that they have advertised some product(s) as being shellfish free. They are top quality as far as I am concerned.

You can find it in some yogurts and margerine. I think I also saw that a special type of Cranberry juice has it.

Have a word with your local Pharmacist. He/she will be able to advise far better than anyone on here, unless of course they are a Pharmacist too (but are they really- would you stake your life on it?)
