Can anyone tell me what are the Thompson Fascia and the Pubis Iliaca are?

Studying for my anatomy paper but can't seem to find the answers to these structures, which are found somewhere in the abdomen and pelvic area respectively. Would appreciate if someone can help. Thanks.

The Thompson Fascia is a closure device for abdominal surgery.
