I have lost 15st that's 210ilb to the Americans all by my self no diet plan no drugs just using a mind set and simple mathematics it's hard work but it DOES work.

If you want some advice then please contact me no charge I just feel liberated and maybe can help YOU.

Feel free to check me out I have no ulterior motives and don't want cash just some "guinea pigs" for my system.

It worked for me and now I want to see if I can help others.

Eat 500 calories a day less than you need and increase you metabolism by always eating breakfast and going for a walk and never never eat after 8pm drink low calorie soda I have perfected something that works for me I just want to help other people that's all.

A pound of fat contains approx 4000 calories an ave male needs 2300 calories a day so if you only do this with walking to the shops that's 800 calories a day the weight will soon come of and more I lost the more determined I became all you need is a strong will (mind set).

If you cheat you are only cheating yourself!!

i lost 7 and a half stone when i was 23 years old. i had ballooned from a slim size ten(uk size) to a size 20. i lost all my weight and got back down to a size 10 by healthy eating and using my step box. thanks for the offer though hunny. and am so glad you found something that worked for you. keep up the good work. take care. and ignore all the nasty comments hunny xx

well done, ive lost 50 pounds but unlike you i needed help and joined weight watchers, but at the end of the day whatever works for you, i just hope you can keep it off. ive been at goal weight for 7 mths now and have slipped alittle, so il be going back to being carefull this wk. if youve got any advice to make it easiers then please share it with me

That much weight loss, it must have been a matter of life or death, may be fear had more to do with it than diet and the calculation of how long to go. stress and worry is a strong incentive

Good on ya as well as being unhealthy it costs the NHS 3 times more to treat people that are obese, than any smoking related
illness I will try and find were to read up on how you did it.

Congratulations. Need to lose a few pounds myself I don't believe in dieting just need to change a few bad habits.
