is it too much if i hate my parents for throwing away my cats?

deep down i was hurt because i'm very close with them. i answer question on YA based on my experience with them

i had 7. nw i only have 3 of them. i'm sooooooooooooooooo mad....!!!!!

the reason was our house is not big enough to accomodate them....

and sometimes they don't go to the litter box and just poo and pee at the corner....what eva...

not dat i didn't take care or cleaned up the mess...

i know my mother did that because my step father suggested too. i really know. because he was a clean-freak...

i'm sooooooooo mad!!!!

and i went out and stay at my friend's house until nw!!!


and hell no my house is not THAT small. it's just an excuse..


throwing away as in relocate them in some restaurants and did that without having my approval and without letting me know first!!!

i was shocked....i mean wouldn't you?

it makes me more mad because the other 3 cats they kept are those that they like the most!!

it was me who took great care of them

actually, i had a similar experience...
our cat always get pregnant..everytime she gave birth, a month later or so, she's pregnant again! and when she gave birth, the kittens are thrown right away...this happened not only once but always...


my parents are also clean-freak ( cant blame them, my dad's a doctor, my mom's a nurse)...and almost everybody in our home... only me and my lil brother are the exception... my lil brother love 'memeng' (thats her name) so much that he always hide her kittens somewhere (under the bed, behind the door, on the closet), to keep other people from suspecting she's pregnant again and to keep other people from throwing memeng's kittens away again.. the last time they threw memeng's kittens somewhere, my brother cried! he was such a pity and i also pity memeng coz i know she's looking for kittens but she cant find them... if memeng's a human, she'll be crying and ill bet, she'll go crazy...

well, not all kittens were thrown away..some survived and have traces back the way to our house again...some of them were on the kitchen, and have grown into adult cats now..

thats why, im feeling the same way... i think its alright to get mad...those cats cant speak for themselves.. somebody got to stand up for them.... so i think, showing them that your mad at them for throwing the kittens away might do a little difference...(n,n)

I don't blame you for being mad, as I would certainly be shocked and miss my cats as well. However, there may be pet ordaninces in your neighborhood. You can get in trouble if someone complains about there being too many cats, especially if they are causing a noticable odor. Instead of running away to your friends house you should have discussed this calmly with your parents. Prehaps you could have found new homes for them instead of just throwing them out.

Honey, 7 cats is a lot of cats. It sounds almost like your that crazy old woman that lives alone and has dozens of cats and finally the animal rescue people come and take them away. I wouldn't allow a child of mine to have that many. Love those furry critters that you still have. My one cat is plenty for me and my husband. Why so many? Cat urine is an awful smell.

Well if you were taking car of the animals then why were they using the bathroom else where.

I own 3 cats and never have that problem.

It's your parents house if you dont like the rules move out and pay your own way in life.

And you'll get glad in the same pants you got mad in.

its perfectly okay to be mad or upset because its your own feelings NOT anyone else's! but you should also understand that maybe if you cleaned up after them that it could have made the situation better! BUT IF YOU WANT TO BE MAD ITS OKAY!

they arent good people to throw cats out especially if they were used to being indoor cats...shame on them
