does any body know any hospital that needs dentist to check and can migrate Australia. i am from Mexico?

You first need to make sure that creditals will hold up in Australia. Australia is kinda fussy about immigrants with foreign creditals and for a highly skilled migrant you'd need to make sure they're okay for you to work as a dentist in Australia. You might find that you need to do a few extra courses and such.

I'm not too certain but I've never heard of hospitals hiring dentists. They usually have their own surgeries and such in Australia. My dentist works at a shopping mall in the suburbs.
