First have you talked to your parents about how you are feeling?? Second are you eating right?? Do you eat a lot of junk or have late night snacks?? First of all you should never work out for 2 hours in the very beginning. Start out with a 15 to 30 minutes of work out to get you started. This jump starts your body and well help build muscles slowly and help you to lose weight. Also talk to your family doctor.. Maybe it is your family who are big to begin with and that is the way you are.. Have a Great Day, Ladyangel

hi. you need to start cutting, which means losing weight. doing this will lose some muscle, but the amount can be minimized through proper dieting. you need to increase your protein, lower your carbs a bit (you still need carbs, but your body burns these off first whenever you are doing something, then heads for the fat. by reducing your carb intake it will hit fat faster). make sure you still get some simple carbs in you though. drop your total calorie intake by about 500 calories per day.

A vegetarian diet will get your weight down.
Overeight vegetarians do not seem to exist and in general they are very healthy.
