ok so heres my question, first off my body type is like hollister models, so the question is do i need to wear a pair of pants under my scrub uniform? or would some boxer briefs to keep the package pretty tight be good enough. i mean scrubs are thin like wearing a pair of boxers basically, so i just wasnt sure if its bad taste to have such obvious buldge, or if thats ok. because i mean obviously if the wind were to blow those things r just gonna go right contoured to the body. i just dont want to get in trouble if guys arent supposed to dress like that. but then again when your ripped i dont know if people really care. any thoughts? also i live in cali, so the main point of this is it gets way too hot being in the sun with a pair of pants and then scrubs on top.

I would say that wearing boxer briefs would be good enough.
You could wear nothing underneath as far as I am concerned, but be prepared to get stares from all walks of life.

Wear boxer briefs under your scrubs. No one wears pants under their scrubs. There designed for comfort, so be comfy! And i'm sure that anyone who walks around looking at a guys crotch isn't going to care either way so what the hell, give em a show stud.

why are you wearing scrubs if you're out in the wind and hot sun all day?
Boxer briefs are perfectly fine under scrubs. No one I know at my hospital wears pants underneath.

Since scrubs weigh next to nothing and if the wind blows, everyone will know, get some bike shorts or something similar to wear under them.
Otherwise, look around you... You should be able to tell...

unless you wear too small scrubs or hike them up as if in a wedgie, your normal under attire should be fine as far as outside observers are concerned If you arent comfortable consider some form of longer cotton or sports underwear underneath to avoid the cheap polyester fabric of the scrubs from irritating the skin.
