I am an 18 year old male, and I have had over the past two nights Ipain in the front region of my pelvis and a feeling of my bladder never empyting. It doesn't hurt to pee nor is there anything abnormal with it, I just feel pressure. I had surgery on my sinuses a week ago, and am currently taking antibiotics to prevent infection. However, I do not wake up when I fall asleep (its hard to fall asleep until like 4 am) to go to the bathroom nor do I feel the urge during the day. It's kind of freaking me out, should I call a doctor tommorow?

Yes, please call a dr. If you can't get a hold of your dr thru the after hours line I would recommend trying a walk-in clinic to see if they can be of further help.

Some of your symptoms could be related to a urinary tract infection or another condition called Interstitial Cystitis (although it is more often seen in women, men can get it too). The only way to know for sure is to have the dr evaluate the situation further.
