How much would i lose in a month, if i ran 2 miles a day, did about 200 sit ups, and 200 push ups(on knees, til i work my way up), and changed my diet?

hi. if you wanna lose weight overall then you could lose a lot by reducing the amount of calories you intake daily. be aware however that the body can only lose 2lbs of fat per week at the most, the rest will be water and muscle.

doing 200 sit ups and push ups will not do much in the long run. your body will create an adaptation to the exercise, and the only way to increase is to use weights. the sit ups will work the abs too much and will result in over training, creating negative growth and the possibility of injury.
