Ginger Ale (Not Diet) or Motion Sickness Pills(Over the counter). Call and ask a pharmacy they have answers for you also. You may want to nibble on Ginger Snap Cookies also.

try any of the remedies sold at the local pharmacy - they even have wrist bands and ear things that can help - if you are in a real bind try putting relatively tight hairties/rubberbands around the wrist - there is a pressure point there that can help. Also anyhing with ginger in it - tea, ginger ale/beer, ginger biscuits. These can all help

I personally use a product named Airborne to deal with motion sickness. It's a handy tablet you can carry with you anywhere. Hope this helps!

dramamine. It works great. I get the regular kind- it makes me sleepy, and then i take two when I have to fly. I fall asleep so fast,,,,and I dont ever get sick. It makes traveling sooo much easier. Take it about an hour before you get on the plane- or in the car or whatever. Works great.
