It's the credentials. teh key term here is BIBLICAL science. I have seen a lot of books by scientists supporting creationism. However ALL the scientists seem to be Chemists, Mechanicla Engineers. Look at it this way. do YOU want brain suregery performed on you by a Proctologist or by a Neurosurgeon? If you want to survive the surgery the WISE choice would be the Neurosurgeon. So HOW can someone accept Creation Science when it is proposed by a Chemist? The chemist MAY be a Scientist but he is NOT a Biologist or a Geneticist. Therefore he is UNQUALIFIED to propose a theory in the field of BIOLOGY or Genetics. He MAY be an excellent Chemist but he's a terrible Biologist.

You seem to be misinformed about the way Science works... You see, there are many subsets of academia, there is Physical Science, the kind of science you are thinking of, Social Science, Science, the studies of people and how they react in various situations, the Humanities, philosophy, logic, writing, theology, and so forth, and Biblical Science, the field that studies running counter to the nature of all of the above studies and seeing how horribly screwed over the world ends up because of it.

It is a valid scientific theory - just as much as evolution - which is also a theory. If you were there millions of years ago or even thousands to witness the facts - then we'd have more than theories. I think it's always wise to examine every theory before throwing one out because it's not popular to one group or person. The only difference between Evolution and Creationism as they are theories - is that different people have different presuppositions or worldviews by which they can interpret the same evidence differently. That in itself does not prove a theory right or wrong. Theory does not equal FACT regardless of it's popluarity with mainstream society.

Excuse me for saying so, but neither is evolution a valid scientific theory. I know it is taught in almost every university in the world, but it lacks proof which is fundamental to accepted as a scientific theory.

I agree. There is little difference in terms like military intelligence and biblical science.

I recommend checking out the website www.asa3.org. It's a Christian fellowship for scientists; creationism is one the topics most often debated/critiqued.

My point exactly.
There are many people in the fields of church science who advocate creationism, and most of them are well read.
