Have you seen the little girl in "Jesus Camp" who commands a bowling ball in the name of jesus to get a strike and then rolls a gutter ball?

No youre taking it all wrong. This is using the name of God as a weapon. If you study these topics, the name of God alone, binds demon out of this world and out of man. The name and word of God is a living thing, its alive and potent with the power of God. Kind of like in the bible it says in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God ,ect ect, we learn God brought about all of creation with the word. So the word and name of God is alive and is powerful. Thus when one says they command you out in the name of God, the name of God is like their bullet or their sword and the command is the right given to the believer by the will of God to be able to cast out evil spirits, by the word and name of the Lord and Christ as well as their faith. This is a right given to the believer, some have more of this spiritual power, mainly those you would suspect like a priest or preacher but it can be anyone who God chose's to baptize in the holy spirit and give more power to. It is in no way a sin to use the name of God as a weapon, nor is the person using it claiming to have God's command, but the blessing given by God to command evil out by the power of his name.. Hope this helps :). God bless you all.

works with some myself I'm more affected by do this in the name of the law .or when the powers that be take action as in the assasination of the Kennedy's or conscription sends the youth to kill or be killed as it was during the Viet Nam war.
It almost strikes me as akin to the Barney Fife of morality.
the moral issues I can handle on my own without being told.
peace

It means that deep down, they really want to swear at you because you have angered them so much, but instead of cursing you they say stuff like what you quoted.
