Should she stay together or break up??

I have a friend, her name is Anne. Anne's been going out with this dude named Ray. They seem pretty happy and have been going out for the past 4 months....well until....Anne found out she was related to Ray. It ended up Anne's grandpa was Ray's mom's second cousin. They broke up already but Ray wants to get back together. Anne still loves Ray but doesn't know if she should go out with Ray because they're related.....so should she?? (Personally, I want them to end up together because Ray and Anne really do seem great together, they get along and everything, and...they're just perfect, it's just Ray's and Anne's family don't want them together...because you know....)
She's asking me for advice soo.....help

and this person is not me, it's actually my cousin but i didn't want her to know im blabbing out her problems.

Well Anne and Ray have no problem.If they are romantically inclined,they are A ok
