How can I date or get laid with a girl?

I went to a bar today and saw beautiful women. How can I date them or just have a good night? I'm not really experienced with girls but I want to start to have a social life. How should I approach to women?

First, just have a genuine interest in them. If your goal is to get laid that night, it'll be obvious and a turn off. When you talk to them, seeming like you really care and are interested in them will get you farther.

I always liked when this happened at bars (past tense because I have a boyfriend now, haha): a guy would introduce himself, maybe ask me a question or two about myself and "hey I just saw a friend, I'll catch you later!). I'd see him later, on the way to the bathroom or going to get a drink and say something like "Hey, would you like a drink?" then let me go back with my friends. Then, see me later and buy me a drink and then we talk at the bar.
(It didn't have to be that he would buy me a drink, don't think you have to buy girls drinks to get them, though it does help)

It was just fun to have small interactions that got me interested in him, rather than getting it all at once in one converstaion, and that way I wasn't overwhelmed or uncomfortable. It's fun to just have little flirty interactions, and it made me feel wanted, since he kept coming back to me throughout the night. I hope that makes sense?

BUT, if after the first interaction, she doesn't seem interested, don't keep going back to her. Pick up on little things in her body language to see if she's interested or annoyed. Like, if she's looking around for someone else or she isn't really smiling.

Keep going to bars, find a bar you like the most & continue to go there.-if you're not the talkative or sociable type, don't try to pick up women-they may be married or have a drunk/jealous/insecure boyfriend who may start a fist-fight. it's best to let them approach you first.-if one does, talk to them & get to know them, looks aren't important,-it's all on the "inside" that counts.(my last girlfriends are from the bars & all of them are divorced & maybe needed some "company" when they approached me.-I play it safe & don't try to pick women up, esp. in the bars.)-anyways, good luck.

Sounds like you don't have much confidence in yourself. I would go up to a woman that you find attractive and just start talking to her about casual things and then maybe buy her a drink and see where it goes. You have to take that first step. If she doesn't act interested, don't get discouraged. Another woman will be interested in you.
