i find myself stuck here..i like this girl alot iv told her i liked her but i dont think she understands how much and i cant think of anything to say to make her understand...and i know she likes me somewhat

Don't rush into things, enjoy being in her company, then find a time to talk honestly about the way you feel. If she likes being with you then that is cool; she won't shy away.
