God leaves situations like these up to the government. That was the whole point of the government. You think hes gonna say stuff like, "when yea build cars, yea shall only go 35mph in a school zone" back in biblical times?

The same thing He preached when He walked on Earth, obey the laws of God and man except when Man's law is in opposition to God's law.

He also tells us in Romans 12:18
If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

He was very straightforward about responsibility to the government - give to the authority what belongs to them. I can't think of anything specific he said that could relate to immigration, though... he was pretty quiet about politics.

That's easy...Jesus said we were to obey the laws of the land...he would tell them to go home and come back the legal way. Then when they are legal to obey the law and pay thier taxes like the rest of us have to do.

1) Obey the laws (generally be law abiding) so that Christians would not be accused of being law breakers, thereby bringing dishonor to the name of Christ.

2) Pay your taxes (render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's)

Look for the Kingdom of God first. My Father's Kingdom isn't about that at all...

That's what Jesus would say.

Of course, your garden variety televangelist with political aspirations would have his own thoughts, but you've got to decide for yourself whose word matters most.

He already has spoke on this when he tells us to aid the foreigner among us because we are foreigners here too just like the Jewish people were foreigners in Egypt.

Jesus was at the poor, sick and sinner's side. All we are children of God, inmigrant or not inmigrant, all we are citizens of the world. If you're in another country and work hard, you're not doing anything wrong.

I think that he would preach that the world seen from space dosn't have borders.
