Well i'd say just exercise at home maybe like run in place or go on the couch a little bit down and have your legs out and with them straight go up and down for 5 - 15 mins and that really works to tighten the legs. and also good nutrition is key to loosing weight just go with this meal plan on the bottem and you'll be loosing weight in no time.

Three times a day, rub black strap molasses on your tummy and do sit ups until the sweat is thick enough to wash the stuff off. Put a towel underneath to catch the drippings. BBQ sauce also works.

Run. Go outside and run nonstop. Like forest gump. Run from the pacific coast to the atlantic coast and back. Then you will have a tremendous beard and a six pack.

low-heart rate workouts (walking) will eliminate belly fat as well as fat deposited throughout your body. the key is limiting your caloric intake- eat less, move more = skinny. simple as that.
