i'm cute, smarty, funny and a lot of fun. but i'm really shy when i first meet people, making it really hard to initiate relationships. so guys...what is it that first attracts you to a girl? any tips on what turns you on, or would spark you to approach a girl? what can i do?

Honestly...it's the chemsitry between a guy and girl that's has to spark. For me. I look at how she carries herself.
Yes...looks do matter a little. But it is NOT the major factor in this case. I don't mean how you dress...how low your skirt is...how high your heels are. What I mean is.....
do you walk with confidence??? How a woman carrys herself says a lot about the woman. It tells guy a lot about a girl while he's checking her out and so forth.
Also, a womans attitude makes the difference too. Is she nice..is she cool? Is she mean? Is she vicious? Stuff like that. So...my advice to you is:
Be yourself and be true to yourself. Keep it real...simple..but effective when meeting people. If they don't like you..SO WHAT! There's plenty of other fish in the sea out there!
As long as you being who really are, that's what counts in the end. Your colors will shine through eventually later on.

Guys are basically the same as girls, I mean they are different in alot of ways but similar things attract them...If your attractive all you have to do to get a guy is have eye contact when you speek to him and he speeks to you and be touchy, like give hugs or pats or squeeze his hands whenever apropriate in a conversation. Like if he says somthing about having a bad day put your head on his shoulder and say somthing like "aww i'm sorry" or if he has good knews say somthing congragilatory and give him a hug

The first thing that attracts me is the looks (can not actually define the "alpha" female of my choice). I like short skirts, low cut blouses, tight jeans (not to tight), spiral curl, little or no make up. As far as me approching a woman..... I am just as shy as you are. Find a guy you like and talk, flirt, or if your daring give him a taste of you.

a shy girl to me is very sexy..so long as she can open up in due time..use that to your advantage..if you have a pretty smile..use that too. i love a nice smile,pretty eyes..a girl who can laugh with me,and can appreciate my silly ways..thats attractive to me..just be you..its ok to be shy,so long as you come out of your shell to let people in..i think you can possibly use your shyness to an advantage..its probably better to be shy then be too outgoing and overwhelming aka what i am..lol. just be you..you will do fine.
