Yes. Also making mashed potatoes. Put some garlic in with the taters as you are boiling them. Mash them as usual with your milk and butter. Yummy.

Oh yeah. I slice up some garlic and onions and add to the potatos. I liked adding cheese at the end. Boy is that ever good.

But, that was back in my bachelor days. Now, my wife doesn't let me have the fried potatos too often.

when I fry Potatoes I add chopped onion and either garlic or garlic powder and a dash of salt and pepper. You can also put your fried potatoes in a cassarole dish and top with shredded cheese and bake until cheese is melted. You can add just about anything to fried potatoes and it will be yummy. Experiment and have fun.

This is what I do to get the full flavor of garlic with Fries.

Saute 2 tbsp Olive Oil and 5 cloves of garli-chopped, until golden brown.

When the a pound of fries are cooked or golden remove from heat. Drain oil. Toss fries in olive oil-garlic mixture. Season with salt & pepper.

Optional: You may add finely fresh chopped basil.

HAPPY COOKING!!!
