Renting a car - "airport privilege fee"? What is that?

I've been looking at renting a car at Orlando International Airport. One place I checked, Hertz, asked for my flight number. Then when they tell me what it's going to cost, it says there's a "privilege fee if arriving on a flight within 48 hours". My flight isn't until September 2007. What is this prilege fee?

It's BS for the rental car companies cost of doing business at the airport.

That is why it is cheaper to rent from an offsite location rather than the airport locations.
