International Rules Kickboxing, Full Contact Kickboxing, muay tai, and sun da? What THe Hell is the difference?

International rules allows kicks to the legs.

Full contact kickboxing is basically Karate in the ring with gloves on. While IRK is patterned after Muay Thai rules. Muay Thai is Thailand's native martial art which allows kicks to the legs, elbows to the face and knees to the body while in a clinch.
