make toffee baked apples with tons of cinnamon, top them off with vanilla ice cream, and hand them out to all of my little cousins on a cold, rainy day

Roll out some pie dough. Peel and cook cut up apples with some Cinnamon and sugar and a little butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and cook until barely soften. Place pie sheetin 400 degree oven while cooking apples until it's half cooked. Remove pie dough from oven and fill with apple mix. Cover with pie dough trimming in a lattice covering and bake until golden brown.

Buy a pie crust. Slice and core the apples (no peeling necessary) mix them with 1/3c sugar, 2tsp cinnamon, 1tbsp lemon juice, 2tsp vanilla. Put the bottom pie crust into a pie pan put apple mix into crust. Cover with top crust. Fold bottom crust over edge of top crust to seal and pinch to flute the edge. Cut 3 slits in top middle of crust to create vents. Cover eges of crust with tin foil to prevent over browning of edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min. Remove tinfoil and bake for 15 more minutes or until crust is golden and done.

with 4 apples i would make applesauce by boiling the apples after peeling and coring them and slicing them lengthwise, remove from water after they are soft, add sugar, 1 clove, a very small stick of cinnamon, cook them for some more time till the sugar is dissolved and blended with the apples completely. cool remove the clove and cinnamon and store in bottles. i would prefer making apple and banana milkshake with 1 apple, with the rest i would make applepie. EASY HUH !!!
