Everyday! I work in retail...It makes me grateful that my parents gave me the gift of manners and I try to be understanding to those who may not have had that luxury. It does not make them bad people, they just have a little bit more to learn.

Sometimes, if they seem to be in a crisis, but there are limits. I just choose to be around people who have good manners and not have rude people as friends. I see a lot of parents around who let their children act obnoxious in public and think, this child will grow up to have bad manners, people will be annoyed, and s/he will pay the price for the parents' omission as an adult because people will not put up with him/her. Manners are terribly important; they stop us from killing each other!

sometimes there is something in their personal life or even the way they were brought up that makes them act that way. Maybe its the way their parents and family treated them. Or maybe they are just rude and enjoy being rude. Dont judge a person unless you know the whole story.

sometimes. like if they were raised in a different culture or had poor home training, it's not polite to point out or take notice of poor manners.

but if they are really disgusting, i would probably avoid being around them.
