According to Revelations 1:7 "Look, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him;" Look at that last part. It implies that the Roman soldiers who pierced Jesus during the cruxifiction will see Jesus come back. So, how is that? How will the now-dead Roman Soldiers see Jesus come back, considering that they are dead, and can't see anything?

We all pierced Him, not necessarily the Roman soldiers. It was because of our sins that He died and was crucified on the cross.
When Jesus says that He is "coming in the clouds", this refers to His second coming which takes place at the end of Revelation. This verse, "and every eye will see Him" may be telling us that the resurrected dead are now spectators to this final event-- even His enemies. Not sure, this indeed is an interesting passage to ponder.

I might point out that the Roman soldiers who pierced Him DID see Him come back, since it was on the third day after His death that He arose again.
However, as others have said, all of us have a part in His crucifixion and death since we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. That's the very reason that we even need a Savior.
As long as you're on the outside looking in, don't expect to "get it." Jesus said that He would use what looks foolish to the world to confound the "wise."

Shouldn't take what is written in the bible literally. Anyway the content has been sometimes mistranslated, and altered to suit the churches' agenda - which is to keep the masses ignorant of Truth. Even certain 'books' have been omitted because the content didn't uphold the views of the 'church'.And still the masses are willingly hypnotised into believing all the nonsense. Have you noticed that women still haven't got their power back. They still believe what 'men' tell them to believe especially those 'men' in power. A change is happening - but very slowly. The doctors of old had women who were close to the forces of Nature condemned as witches; they posed a threat to their power. This still happens of course. Even though women (and men) who are practising alternate methods of healing are no longer called witches they are still denigrated and ridiculed in an effort to keep the 'power' in the medical profession who can only treat the symptoms of dis-ease.
We have strayed a little from the question - you can take with a pinch of salt that which you haven't experienced for yourself. You either have knowledge or a belief and you cannot speak a 'truth' unless you have had the experience.

There is a ressurrection of the dead right before Christ returns and everyone is judged. The people who pierced Jesus will see him coming in the clouds because they will be resurrected.

We have all pierced Him. It was because of our transgressions that he was pierced, and He died for us all. This also includes the roman soldiers who are long dead. Christ's return will bring everyone from the grave, and all souls will be put to eternal judgment. God isn't limited by the status of someone's life (or death). He works on the immortal level.

Revelations has always been difficult because it was written during the Roman persecutions and was coded. Nobody has located a desciphering book for it yet so it cannot be taken literally. Translations are always a best guess anyway so the result is something that can mean anything.

During the Second Coming, the following people will witness His return, everyone who is alive that is righteous, wicked, and those who crucified Him will be raised to see their mistake. All of the dead wicked, will remain dead until the judgment.

He isn't "coming back" FOR he "already" DID. Did not Jesus come "back" from the dead on the third day after he was "crucified?" Did he not "ascend?" Jesus made a "point" not too many pay attention to for INSTEAD they live in the same DELUSIONS the Apostle John lived in. John was in his late 80's or early 90's when he supposedly wrote the book of Revelations and the only "ONE" not to have been executed "of" the 11 apostles (Paul makes 12 chosen by Jesus, not Matthias as chosen by the apostles). Jesus said of John and James that they were persons who sought to please authority. The other apostles did not like this egotisical nature of these two apostles. The POINT Jesus MADE of his return from heaven WAS that FIRST the Jews must ACCEPT him for WHO he was. Let me know when you see the Jews accept Jesus as their "MESSIAH" within their religion of Judaism.........

The passage does not refer to the dead Roman soldiers. It refers instead to the Jewish nation who rejected Jesus as Messiah, and conspired to have Him crucified. Revelation 1:7 is a fulfillment of Old Testament Prophecy:
Zechariah 12:10
And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

We all killed Jesus.Jew and Gentile alike. It was our sin, past present and future that put him on the cross.
The nations of the world will be gathered at Megiddo for a world wide battle. Both Jew and Gentile. When He breaks through the clouds, and every eye will see him.All of them(the Christians will be coming back with him)who pierced him will see and mourn like one mourning the death of their only son ,it says.
They are going to say "Rocks hide us ,mountains fall on us".All the nonbelievers are going to crap their pants.
