I actually have 2 --- twins. But how do I keep in touch with them and stay up on their lives? Any ideas how to maintain the bond? Thanks!

I see everyone is telling you WHAT to use to keep contact, but it feels like you are asking more of a how do you stay in touch with her life without trying to seem like you are not giving her space.
If this is the case - give her a little breating space, especially if she has only recently moved there, give her time to settle and make her feel like she is finally doing her own thing.
Then the means of how to approach and get that bond growing...send her an e-mail once a week and always tell her what is happening in your life and what you have been up to the past week. NEVER ask her out about anything except for how she is doing and what has she been doing - no detailed questions, let her answer and tell you about the things she wants to. Always wait for her to respond before you write again, don't force a conversation. Never ask about things that she does not mention to you, even if your other child told you something about her sibling, it is still for her to tell you herself if she want's you to know about it. And whenever she answers you, wait till the next day to answer her e-mail, never answer the same day (you will then seem like you are busy with your life, but still manage to make time to fit her in). She will soon realise that you truly are interested in what she is doing and will share everything with you.
Good luck.

You have so many options of keeping in touch these days !!! You could send e-mails to them , call them ( long distance is super cheap these days ) , go visit when you have the time and money , send letters ETC. Im sure your daughters being 23 have the internet and probably have a myspace , make one for yourself and you can see pictures and updates everyday !!! Good Luck !!!

since u are able to post a question here, you should be able to use instant messengers and all, you could try one of em :)
reason being its cheap or free, and some can even hold webcam conference so u can see each other and also speak to each other :)
good luck in keeping in touch with ur daughters :)
and of course e-mail will be less demanding on both parties since i can read a mail now but if i'm busy i can always reply tmr or something.

Lots of emails and phone calls. Plan a visit every few months. They might like little packages from home that contain cookies or some small gift. It is impotant for them to know that you are thinking of them.

wow? who raised them? if you're their mother, they should be trying to keep up on YOU as well. why not try the modern persons way, EMAIL. you can send pictures and everything. some of my friends maintain family web sites and everyone has the password so they can upload pics and leave messages on family reunions and such....

also, just about everyone has a cell. figure out their schedule and call for a few minutes during free nights and weekends (this way, minutes are free).

the phone, email and use yahoo or msn to IM them. Or you can write tradtional letters. Hope that helps and that you continue to have a good relationship with both daughters.
