Allah and Buddha are gods based off diffrent religions, thus they are gods that do not strictly relate to the Christian view of god...When you talk about Roman Catholics, and French Catholics worshiping a god, the gad is only called be a diffret word, not an entirly diffrent entity...Dieu-French For God...Dio-Itilian for God.....
Just because they are pronounced diffrently and sound diffrent dosen't mean that they are seperate entitys...
You also say why cant we add Allah or Buddah to the list...
Because they are diffrent gods based of diffrent religions and cultural practices...
The Christian view of god says one thing...theirs says another...to them we are the ones who should be added to the list....
I am bout to mae alot of devout christians mad....
NO ONE is 100% completly sure whos god is the actual god...
I belive in god, i also belive in evolution...(oh my)
I believe in other life other than our planet...
But anyway, just because the names are diffrent dosent mean its a diffrent god...

You have asked a challenging question, yet I’m not sure if I understand you clearly. For what it’s worth, this is what I have to say.
Sure, there could be one true god (God), but how can you prove that another god does not exist? Imagine if you are worshiping this particular god, and the god that actually exists is, say, Zeus or Loki. Sucks to be you, right? Or if you are heathen worshiper, then, oops, right into the Lake of Fire. Ouch…
The incarnation of Christianity has developed from different cultural influences. If you look at the pagan faiths, you will easily notice how their practices bleed over into Christian rites. So, is the Bible’s characterization of God exactly Christian?
I don’t think so. His image and behavior depends on the culture from which he has risen. Why are is one "God" different than another? People hate being wrong and like having exclusive rights to paradise. Isn't it empower to feel like you're on the "right" side?
I think it all comes down to a matter of faith. And if God (god) is merciful, he or she will forgive you for believing in some variation. If not, would you really want to worship him or her?

I think all religions which acknowledge a God are sensing the presence of the same higher power. The problems begin with the interpretation of what this higher power is and intends for us and them. The arguments separating everyone on earth revolve around the different interpretations of what God is and wants.

* The buddha was a teacher, not a god.
* Some religions have multiple gods.
* Tyrannical gods warn you not to worship any other gods.
* Different gods command their believers to behave differently.

I will give you a bit of "wisdom" which you have not "pondered." Most of the world lives in "confusion" of who God is because practically NONE of them has "bothered" to use their INTELLECT to SEE who this God "is." It is NOT the one of HEAVEN. Despite what you see in "how" people diferentiate in how they "view" or "believe" in God supposedly of "heaven" ONE THING you will find is that they ALL believe in the NATURE and BEHAVIORS of this God in much the same way. A God of "love" on one hand, But "also" a God who is "selfish," "jealous" and dictates it must be "obeyed" or be DESTROYED. (suffer damnation) But "yet" he loves you unconditionally???? RELIGIONS need an OVERHAUL for there isn't much psychological ACCURACY in their doctrines ABOUT an INTELLIGENT God. What is TAUGHT is that of a God who behaves and acts no better than mankind itself and the WISDOM proclaimed is so ridiculous I'd LAUGH if "millions" had not been/ are put to death by these FANATICS. I worhip one "Father," and that father is the Lord of Creation JUST as he was "taught" in the ancient faith of Egypt and "AM" an.................

That is a viable question.. but human nature condones a stubborn factor - that true faith means refusing to adhere to alternate views of the same concept if some contradict yours.
And on the second part of your question, those are referrals to IDEAS of God, rather than ENTITIES.

I believe there is only one living God and that he is the creator of all people. I also believe by the word He has given my spirit, that all worship is acceptable to Him as long as it comes from the heart of the believer. Mankind itself has created religions. God did not.

There is only one true God, the living God...all the rest are dead....they died.....The God, of Abraham, Issac and Jacob is the true God...the creator of the Universe...Now do you want to worship a dead God or a living God...Up to you.

Incomprehensible.
The fact that all Gods are God should be perfectly obvious - especially when it is taught in the Bible (1 Cor. 8:6).
