My stomach is not flat and its aggravating. Even thouh i've lost weight , im not satisfied with wht i've lost. I dont. believe me, everyone else thnks i look good. please does anyone have any diets fo me????

I'm 5'4. My stomach is not flat and its aggravating. I see all these girlsthat are 10 poundslighter tan me and have the flatest stomachs ever. Even thouh i've lost weight , im not satisfied with wht i've lost. I dont. believe me, please does anyone have any quick diets fo me????

I lost weigh by atchign my calories and have been hard-core dieting. and have been of it for a while.!!!

You don't say how tall you are. If you 6' you need to gain. Besides that my 13 year old is not wearing a bikini not way in hell.

Diets are for losing weight, but exercises are for toning up; including your stomach. For this vacation find a suit that compliments the way you are now; something that flatters some part of you that you like. Meanwhile, start doing daily crunches and other exercises so you'll be happy about yourself in the long run, and so you'll be ready for that bikini next summer.

I wouldn't do a diet. Diets are just going to cause you to start yo-yoing. Instead make a lifestyle change. Cut out soda and drink plenty of water. Exercise regularly. If you're looking for someone to outline a plan I'd check out the book "You on a Diet" by Roizen and Oz.

everyone thinks you look good? well then, you look fine!! all the other diets that are out there are for anorexic people!!! just stay the way you are and eat healthy!!

i was joking about the other diets :p pills don't always work. starving yourself can weaken your body, and there's just too much risks with diets. check your bmi to make sure your in a healthy range. swimming will be a great exercise to burn calories. well, hope u have a good vacation!!

i'm 12...5'3 and 80 lb...i lost like 5 pound by playing basketballof 2 hours, soccer for 30 min, and and volley ball just for fun...i practice wit my friends like 3 hours a day (i only on weekends) ... they are rilly good players..i lost weght AND got mvp in my team bball team...

so if i were you i would play more sports

Well... if your trying to get a flater stomach, then i would do tuns of repititions of crunches. hope it works for you! How did you loose weight?

you are 13! don't worry about it guys at your age are looking at older and older guys aren't looking at you unless they are perverts...........you are still young and if everybody says you look fine then you are
