I tried it for a bit, theres always that loading phase u have to deal with but how long til you see and how much results will you usually see?

creatine is for strength training. strength increases will depend on how your training routine is structured and by the level of intensity at which you train at.

ive never used creatine, but i know that its very effective. if you are not seeing results you probably were not on it for long enough, or were not drinking enough water. creating works with water and fills your muscles up with it. thats why when people go off it they tend to see muscle contraction
