Water vapor is far and away the greatest greenhouse gas (about 90% of the effect). Temperature increases cause a subsequent increase in evaporation rate as well as increase the capacity for the atmosphere to hold water. Temperature increases also cause the oceans to release CO2. It also increases the rates of organic decomposition.
Temperature increases put more greenhouse gases in the atmosphere than man's TOTAL output.

Probably China or India.
Fossil fuel burning causes the greatest impact.
These are primarily coal & oil burning industries.
Secondary is rotting garbage producing methane.
These could be converted by scrubbing the gases.
Methane breaks down into carbon-dioxide.
CO2 can be converted back to carbon & oxygen by plants.
We need to replace the grass, trees, & algae destroyed.

China.
China (6.2 billion metric tons) has now surpassed the US (5.8 billion metric tons) as being the biggest emitter of CO2 gases by around 8+%.
Per capita the US spews out the most CO2 gases, at 42,500 pounds. China spews out 10,500 pounds per capita.
