Bedwetting is a common problem that often runs in families. The good news is that most kids outgrow it before puberty. The bad news is that in the meantime, it's not easy to deal with. Bedwetting Help for Moms offers support, encouragement, and great resources that can help - including bedwetting alarms, books, herbal remedies, and a weekly newsletter.

Stop all liquid intake 3 hours before bed time, make sure your child has emptied his/her bladder and you should end up with a dry child next morning.
