The general rule is, dress one step up from what you will wear at work each day.
At Toys R Us, I'm sure most of the sales reps wear some sort of uniform type golf shirt with maybe a cotton type pant
or maybe even jeans are allowed, probably with some sort of running shoe.
Therefore for the interview, you should at least wear a nice dress shirt and dress pants, with dress shoes. I dont think you would even need to wear a tie. A suit would be overkill.
if you are a girl, the same rules would basically apply, nice blouse and pants or skirt of medium lenghth, and reasonable
shoes

Are you a guy? If so, wear slacks, a button-down shirt and a tie. Wearing khakis could pull it off, but definitely nothing less than a button-down shirt. Better to dress a bit formally than to underdress. At interviews, especially at entry-level jobs like at Toys R Us or whatnot, you'll see many applicants just wearing jeans or whatever they felt like wearing. But that's not what you're going to wear! You want to make an impression that shows you are professional and mature and thoughtful, and that'll stand out in the interviewer's mind, so dress nice! I think you can't go wrong with nice slacks, either khacki or grey or black, a button-down shirt that matches the slacks, and a tie. And of course wear matching shoes! Good luck.

Nice looking pants, not jeans, maybe a button-down shirt or a polo shirt, and casual dress shoes, not sneakers, and a belt. Even though you might be able to dress more casually at work when you have the job, it's good to look clean and presentable. You should also look on their website to see if it has employment information, it may have something about the company's dress code which can be useful in understanding what to wear for your interview.

Suit, if possible. Matching shoes and socks. Tie that coordinates with suit and shirt.
If a suit is not possible, a pair of dress pants, and a nice shirt and tie.
Then, if all else fails, the casual pants, and a shirt and tie.
The better you look, the more you will stand out from the crowd. And that is what you want to do.
Get a haircut, make sure you shave close, see your fingernails are nice and cut and clean. Shoes shined. Make sure it all fits, no baggy clothes. No loud aftershave.
