Thanks so much for answering, but I have already stopped that, and I have been checked. I set an alarm to get up at midnight to urinate again, and when I wake up in the morning I still am wet. I don't want to try those bed wetting alarms, and electronic devices are not allowed at camp so I can't take my alarm. I am utterly hopeless, my only chance is to stay up as late as I can, because then sometimes I don't wet.
It is embarassing because I have to wear these diaper like things, and I am just so..... urg, thanks so much, sorry for rambling but I had to spill somewhere.

I wet every night, and as I said I wear diapers so I'm not sure when I wet, I just wake up wet.

OK don;t be scared my mother always game me extra sheets and the wet blanket with extra PJ's. but like the RN said and so did my mother stop drinking around 6pm unless its all nighter and stop a few hours before you have to go to sleep. pee a few times even if you think you can't right as your getting ready for bed i would go to the bath house pee , brush my teeth change my clothes pee and go to the cabin if i even thought i had to just a dribble i went and tried. But please don;t be scared and tell your counselor or your cabin dean leader so when it does happen they can take your sheets and get them cleaned with out any one knowing and see you don;t have to wake any one up to tell them about it cause you have the extras put them on and go back to bed and in the morning tell them you need your clothes and sheets washed and they should mine did with out a care and didn't say anything back at me.

Secret keep a pillow case of the sheets folded up on your bed it looks like a extra pillow.

Good Luck and have lots of fun
You might even get to put shaving cream on some ones hand and make them smash it in there face.

Camp is a blast

Well I would try not to drink to much water or anything before bed time I would say 3 hours before make sure you empty your bladder completely. You could also make yourself wake up once during the night and go urinate and that should help alleviate the problem. You could also where I know the word sound depressing and embarrassing you could where some time of depends which they make them so much like regular underwear these days. If that doesn't work you could call your doctor maybe he could give you some ideas. I wish you all the luck and don't worry so much that could also be the reason your full of anxiety. Just relax everything will be fine.

Hey you are not alone. Just don't drink ANYTHING at least 2 hours before bed. Shower pee and go to bed. If you want ( I did this for a while ) set alarm for 2am and wake up and pee then go back to bed. Good luck and have fun at camp.
Just make sure you drink plenty of water during the day. And if you want- sleep with a bath towel under you- anyone asks tell them you sweat a lot in your sleep when away from home and hate that clammy feeling.

Go to the chiropractor ASAP....it worked like a charm for my brother. Something could be out of wack and is pushing on your bladder, well this is what caused my brothers bedwetting. so the chiropractor straightened him up and now my bro has never wet the bed ever since and this took place about 9 years ago. This is if you can get an appointment before you leave for camp. Good Luck!

do you normally wet the bed around the same time every night? you could set an alarm to wake yourself up every 2-3 hours and hit the head so you don't wet the bed.

You shouldn't drink anything at least 3 hours before bed and empty your bladder before bed, other than that I can't think of whatelse you could do....maybe you should get some medical advice...there could be a serious problem....if your diabetic stay away from sugar since high blood sugar makes you have to pee alot.

well, there is always depends. Seriously, don't drink anything within three hours of bedtime, urinate before you go to bed...that should keep you dry until morning. Have you been checked by a doctor to make sure there isn't a physical problem, if not then you should.
