Perhaps you could try to have a real relationship and treat this girl like a real person. Being her friend you could get to know her much better. And she could get to know you. The relationship might just develop into something wonderful and lead to being "more than friends". But if all you want is someone to "hook up with", why should any girl (or anyone at all) be interested in being treated in such a casual, indifferent way. I think friendship is one of the most valuable things you can have. I suggest that you try to be a true friend and see where that leads you.
