I am good-looking, smart, sweet, thoughtful, trustworthy, and understanding. The things that are holding me back are the fact that I'm unemployed at the moment, I live at home with my parents, and I am a single mother of one 11-year-old girl. But if I can look past SO MANY THINGS about people, why can't I seem to find ONE PERSON who is willing to do the same for me?? I need advice, and maybe a little pep talk... To be completely honest, I've been single since April/May, and this is the longest I've been so at once, and it's really hard!

Two months is the longest you've ever been single? I'd give it a little more time. You can't expect to find the right person overnight. I'd say work on finding a job and bettering yourself and keep your eyes open...you don't necessarily need to go out on a man hunt. Lost of times love finds you when you least expect it! :)

Since you just got divorced and have a child and no job I would suggest you not look for a relationship until you have had a year or so to start to recover and your daughter has had time to get used to her parents being divorced.
It might be a while before you get your life together and when you are freshly divorced, unemployed and living with your parents isn't a strong position to start looking.
Get a job first and an apartment, set up a routine for your daughter to see her father and then when you are feeling like a success in life you will have more to offer a man.

I take my hat off to you for being a single parent.
I am a single parent of 2 boys myself and its hard, but, you need to sort your self out first.

Get yourself a part time job (i packed shelves and was cleaning peoples houses) and find yourself a place to live.
If you feel better about yourself, stop looking for MR RIGHT and he will find you.

No women needs a man to find love, you have to love yourself first.

Be strong.

Maybe you need to spend some single time to spend some time with you and your daughter. You will find the one when the time is right.

first of all..you cant FIND the one...the one will come out to you... you cant find that special person unless its the right time...there would be ups and downs like a rollercoster...hold on tight and the ride will go smoothly..

love is never ending...sit back and enjoy the ride...
